I don't know what I would do with out this little cutie. He is so precious to me. He brings so many smilies and giggles. I just love him to pieces. The other day I set him on my bed. Then kneeled down to say my morning prayers. All the sudden I felt like someone was looking at me. I looked up and Ethan was peeking over the edge of he bed smiling at me. He had scooted himself over to the edge of the bed and found me. He was so proud. I was so excited I scooped him up in my arms and kissed him all over.
It's so fun to watch him learn and grow. He also last night scooted on his tummy towards my hands so I could pick him up for the first time. He is growing up so fast. I have never met a kid that smilies as much as he does. I love it.
Ever since Zach left for his WLC (Warrior Leadership Camp) Ethan has become quite the Mommy's boy. When other people are holding him he has to be able to see me still. I love that he loves me so much. It's a wonderful feeling to have a child in your arms. I love it when he reaches his hand up and puts it on my face. As if to say I love you Mom. Even though I know in all reality he is just trying to explore my face with his hands.
This morning after I was done nursing him he fell asleep on my chest. He was like that for about 45 minutes. I loved every minute of it. I dread the day that he will want to stop cuddling like that. But for now I am going to cherish every moment of it.
