Trip in Arkansas





This is a video I took of Zach and Ethan. We flew down to visit my Mom for Thanksgiving. Zach flew in 10 days later. So Ethan hadn't seen Zach in a while. As you can see he was very happy to see him. Ethan loves his Daddy.

Ethan's first time sitting on Santa's lap. He didn't cry at all. But he did try to eat his beard repeatedly. He was sucessful a couple of times. This was on the Military Base after Zach's Christmas Concert.

4 Month Summary

 

Ethan is now 4 1/2 months old.

· He is getting so big. He rolled over from his back to his tummy for the first time last night.

         · He talks most the time when he is awake.

· He loves to be on his tummy so he can see the world.

· He loves his toys.

· He now puts everything in his mouth.

· He has now decided that he wants what we have. Like our cell phones and the TV remote. He turned on the TV the other day when he grabbed the remote, it was pretty funny

· He sleeps on average about 9 hours at night

· He loves eating rice cereal

· He loves anyone who will talk to him and play with him

· He loves his doggies

· He LOVES his feet right now.

· He plays with his hands all the time

· When you clap his hands together he now opens his fingers so you he can clap.

· He LOVES his Daddy.

· One of his favorite things to do at night is have Daddy get him in his PJ's, he loves it

· He loves to play with other people's hands, especially when he can put them in his mouth.

· He is a very happy baby

 

Ethan's First Halloween

Ethan was a Baseball player, a darn cute one too. I was a BSU fan. It was the first time I have put blue eye shadow on since I was 14. It was fun. We went trunk or treating at My Mother in laws ward. I found this tiny bag, put it around his arm, and we went trunk or treating. Zach wasn't able to come because he was in class. But he was really excited when he came home and got to eat Ethan's candy. So today for Halloween he was a Solider.

Pearls

So my husband got me Pearls for my birthday. Yup that's right PEARLS. I didn't get on here to brag about how amazing he is. (Well kind of). He is amazing. I got on here because I wanted to write down the story behind how he got them. This past summer my family was here. Zach went hiking/camping at the Bruno Sand Dunes. He went with my two brothers and my brother in law. While they were hiking all three of them past Zach going up one of the dunes.(Zach says it’s because he isn’t as young as he once was. Lol, he’s only 26 years old). Once he got up to the top Zach laid down in the sand. While he was laying there he saw something shiny. He went over and picked it up. It was a ring. There wasn’t anyone else on the Sand Dunes, except them. So he kept it. Then when he got back in town, he went to Simmons (our jewelry store) to see if it was worth anything. They took it to the back of the store and cleaned it up. Then they came back out and said that is was a solid GOLD ring. They said that if they were to sell it, in the store new it would sell it for $900! Score! So they bought it from him. Not for $900 though, that would have been nice. I don't know for how much. Zach seems to want to keep that info to himself. In the end, he used the money to buy me these beautiful pearl earrings and a pearl necklace. I am one lucky girl. I have always wanted real pearls. Now I have them. Thanks to my VERY sweet AMAZING husband. Not to mention, to the person who ever lost their ring at the Sand Dunes. (I will be forever grateful).

 

3 Months old

Did I mention today how much I love my little boy? I don't think I did. Well I love him to pieces. I wish everyone got to hold, kiss, and snuggle with him as much as I do. But at the same time I don't always like to share. LOL. But I am so glad God blessed me with such a sweet Son. And a DARN cute one at that. How can you look at that cute smile and not help but smile. That's right, you can't.

2 Months Old

My Sweet Baby Boy at 2 Months old. Isn't he just the cutest in overals? I love this boy to death.

Ethan Baby Blessing

Zach had the wonderful oppertunity to Bless Ethan on September 2, 2012. It was one of the coolest experiences.

Freezing Corn

Emily and Aaron helped me freeze 200 EARS of corn. It took about 4 hours. I should have taken a picture during the process but I only took one at the begining and end. Big thanks to Emily and Aaron it would have taken me so much longer with out them.
