Trip to Salt Lake City day one

 

This was the begining view of our drive down to Salt Lake City

Lets just say Ethan was very happy to have someone in the back seat with him. He was happy the whole trip down. He giggled so hard he got the hiccups twice.

 

Last night Emily told me that Aaron really wanted to go to Olive Garden so we should go. Then this morning Emily told Aaron that I really wanted to go to Olive Garden. Aaron looked at Emily and said I think YOU really want to go. LOL. So after we checked into our hotel we went to Olive Garden. 

  

Emily doesn't like the salad dressing that they use, CRAZY I know, so I got a whole salad to myself. Aaron and Emily got one with just ranch. I took a picture of my huge salad and sent it to Zach. It's one of his favorites. 

 

   Ethan got to sit in a high chair for the first time.He was pretty small in it but I think he felt big sitting in it.

   Ethan and Aaron. Ethan was looking at my finger hitting the table trying to get his attention. I got him to finally look in the cameras direction just not at the camera.

Ethan has been having so much fun exploring the hotel room. He has been crawling all over. He was trying to look at Emily and Aaron so he pulled himself up to see them on the bed. I think this is so cute. 

   Emily and Aaron wanted to go swimming. But I am not much of a water person or swimmer. So I stayed back in the hotel room with Ethan and looked up Alex's flight for tomorrow. We are picking him up at the airport and driving him to the MTC tomorrow. I can't wait to see him. We are all so proud of him. He will be serving in the Carlsbad, California Mission
